Job Description: As a field-oriented Pest Control Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively promoting our pest control services to residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with homeowners, property owners, property managers, and businesses to identify their pest control needs and offer tailored solutions. We have a fully diversified service offering and a robust lead generating strategy. We are dedicated to fully training and supporting our sales people with leads from current customers, call-ins from marketing efforts and our expert service professionals. Our goal is to add a salesperson to the team that can close at least 50% or more of their own business outside of company generated leads.

- Pay Range: $55-110K (base pay + commission)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cultivating assigned/creating new leads, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.
