- Part-Time and Full-Time Options: Work as little as 6 sessions per week (part-time) or grow into 16 sessions per week (full-time).

We’re Looking for Trainers With Specializations In:
- Experience Training Female Clients: Help women achieve their fitness goals through personalized, results-driven programs.
- Pre/Postnatal Fitness: Guide mothers through pregnancy and postpartum recovery with safe, effective workouts.
- Women’s Fitness: Create tailored programs for women across all life stages.
- Pilates Mat Instruction: Lead sessions that focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Bone Health Management: Design safe, effective regimens for clients managing osteopenia or osteoporosis.
- Women’s Nutrition Coaching: Support clients’ overall health and fitness goals with personalized nutrition advice.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Professional Qualifications:
- College degree in an exercise-related field or certification from a licensed vocational program specializing in personal training.
- Nationally accredited certifications (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACE) and a commitment to continued education.
- Practical experience with the ability to safely demonstrate and spot exercises, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
