Our ideal candidate will have their licenses and experience managing a book of Personal Lines business in an Insurance Agency.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Personal Lines Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while also engaging with team members and clients in a virtual environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of personal lines insurance, including policy renewal, account management, sales, policy review, and customer service. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in insurance and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all personal lines of insurance, including auto, home, life, and health.
2. Manage policy renewals and ensure all policies are up to date and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
3. Lead account management efforts, including client retention and growth strategies.
4. Drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure coverage meets clients' needs and recommend changes as necessary.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in insurance laws, and market conditions to ensure competitive positioning.
9. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and productivity.
10. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on policy renewal, account management, sales, policy review, and customer service.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
4. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze complex insurance policies and make recommendations based on clients' needs.
7. Proficiency in using insurance software and other relevant applications.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues effectively.
9. Knowledge of current insurance laws, regulations, and market trends.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
11. Insurance certification or designation, such as CIC or CPCU, is a plus.
