This is a leadership role which conducts sales and sales support activities and oversees a team of up to 10-12 insurance account managers. The ideal candidate is one who seeks to be a front-line leader, with a compensation package commensurate to that role.
Qualifications:
- Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving sales (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience)
- Leadership - This is a leadership role. Prior leadership experience required.
- Bilingual – Spanish a plus but not required.
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
- Quote and sell policies
- Follow up with prospects
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
