Personal Lines Agent

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 10am to 2pm (once a month) and Bank holidays 9am to 5pm.
Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Receive and handle telephone enquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers and clients
- Respond to customer enquiries in a confident and knowledgeable manner
- Where necessary manage and resolve customer complaints
- Meet required individual and team targets
- Ready to always act in a compliant and secure manner
Our Ideal Candidate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated
- Previous customer service experience preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Problem solving abilities
- Results orientated
- Good IT skills, particularly in word, excel and outlook
