Personal Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Milford, CT

• Our client, a well-established Independent Insurance Agency with over 100 years of service, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager. This 4th-generation, family-operated agency takes pride in its strong, close-knit culture, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, experienced in managing personal lines insurance, and eager to contribute to a team that values both tradition and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Service of Personal Lines accounts including Home, Auto, Flood, and Umbrella policies.
• Managing policy updates, issuing certificates of insurance, and providing ID cards.
• Rounding out policy accounts by offering additional coverage products.
• Conducting renewal analysis, remarketing, and quoting accounts.
• Processing claims efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with personal lines.
• Proficient in using AMS360 agency management system.
• Experience working at an independent insurance agency.
• P&C (Property & Casualty) Licensed.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 75k/year plus commission opportunity (50% on new business, 25% on renewals).
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
