Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal coverage. You will ensure client satisfaction through excellent service, policy review, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
o Serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on insurance policies.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
o Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations promptly and accurately.
o Review and assess client policies to recommend appropriate coverage based on their evolving needs.
o Provide quotes for new and existing clients, working closely with carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing.
o Cross-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs and increase portfolio value.
o Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
o Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
o Stay informed about industry trends, carrier updates, and changes in insurance regulations.
o Provide insights and advice to clients about risk management strategies and policy enhancements.
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
o Minimum of 3-5years of experience in personal lines insurance or account management is ideal
o Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or ability to obtain one.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Ability to analyze coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Licensing:
