We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Sales team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home and office, and is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Personal Lines Insurance, Property and Casualty License, and Account Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing and growing our personal lines insurance portfolio.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing and servicing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
3. Working closely with the sales team to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth.
4. Negotiating with insurance carriers to obtain the best coverage and pricing for our clients.
5. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulatory environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of personal lines insurance, including coverage options, policy terms, and claim processes.
7. Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred, with a strong focus on account management.
2. A current Property and Casualty License.
3. A proven track record of managing and growing a personal lines insurance portfolio.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and insurance carriers.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure the best coverage and pricing for our clients.
6. A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid (home/office) work environment.
7. A strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
8. Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools for account management, communication, and reporting.
