As our new Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR, you will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include managing personal lines accounts, addressing client inquiries, preparing insurance quotes, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.Policy Administration: Manage client accounts, process policy changes, and ensure accurate documentation of insurance policies.Claims Assistance: Assist clients with filing insurance claims, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring timely resolution of claim issues.Renewal Review: Conduct policy renewal reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and identify opportunities for policy enhancements.Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of a valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process information and documentation with a keen eye for detail.
Organizational Skills: Effective time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
