Salary Range: $40000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Policy Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are up to date and accurately maintained.
Renewal Coordination: Manage and coordinate policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their insurance policies in a timely manner.
Personalized Service: Provide a high level of personalized service to meet the unique needs of each client.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth account handling and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in an account management or customer service role within the insurance industry.
Licensing: New York State Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused: Ability to deliver a positive client experience and build sustainable relationships.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance software systems.
