Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. As the Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume generalist book of insurance business. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Account Executive, focusing on client management and retention. Please note that this position is on-site, based in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume Personal Lines Insurance portfolio efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Cultivate client loyalty by delivering exceptional service, maintaining professional communication, and handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, including appetites, underwriting guidelines, and procedures.
- Thoroughly review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for precision, conduct comprehensive loss/claim analyses, and coordinate expiration lists for renewal business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-7 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience.
- Mandatory Property & Casualty License, valid driver's license, and insurance coverage.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience with agency management software (e.g., Applied/Epic).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, strong multitasking, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor with a commitment to a positive attitude.
