About the Job
As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you are responsible for servicing personal lines clients from initial new business quoting, policy issuance and year-round service and support. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current client and new prospects while maintaining knowledge of our products and services offered. We are licensed in multiple states and operate as a customer service center which includes multiple agents and a house book of business. We utilize Ezlynx and are contracted with 15+ insurance carriers.
To be successful in this role, you must maintain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license in Illinois and abide by all state laws and carrier regulations. You will use your strong relationship building skills in maintaining high level client retention and loyalty. You must be excellent at problem solving, decision making, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
Service can include but is not limited to- responding to client inquiries, account changes, billing inquires and claims consultation.
Generating insurance quotes while educating the customer about our product options
Follow-up with customers, cross-sell and problem solve.
Present and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
Processing renewals and endorsements
Multi-tasking and work independently.
Research and resolve coverage questions.
Maintain client paperless files.
Familiar with risk assessment and risk management techniques
Requirements
Property and Casualty licensed
Minimum 2 years experience in the independent insurance world
Applied Systems EPIC experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated
