About the Role:
- Engage in litigation for personal injury, sexual assault, and medical malpractice cases, primarily representing plaintiffs.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team of experienced paralegals and legal assistants to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- Take on full responsibility for cases, from inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Contribute to the firm by bringing in new cases and supporting ongoing ones.
- Work in a flexible setting, with options for remote work and occasional in-office presence for key meetings or cases.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, with discretionary bonuses for significant case contributions.

Candidate Profile:
- 1-5 years of legal experience, ideally including personal injury, sexual assault, or medical malpractice.
- Background as an associate attorney, state attorney, public defender, or prosecutor; courtroom confidence is essential.
- Florida Bar certification required.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to a team-driven environment.
- Compassionate and understanding, capable of handling emotionally sensitive cases with care and professionalism.
