Personal Injury Paralegal - Nagler Group

A busy Manchester law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support its litigation teal and trial attorneys with cases in State and Federal Courts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience within a legal setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

Managing case files.
Contacting clients and organizing records.
Preparing evidence and coordinating evaluations, experience with medical records or personal injury/medical malpractice a plus
Drafting correspondence, motions, and legal documents.
Assisting with discovery, document management, and e-filing in State and Federal Courts.
Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and electronic case management systems is required, along with excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
