Job Details

In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials, conduct extensive legal research, review and summarize medical records, and summarize depositions
You will be a critical part of the team, helping to deliver outstanding services to the firm's clients

Requirements:

Must be based in Eastern Standard Time Zone
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
Must have experience working remotely
Comprehensive knowledge of the legal process, legal terminology, and court rules and procedures
Proven experience in hearing and trial preparation
Proficient in reviewing and summarizing medical records, and summarizing depositions
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
