Requirements:

• 5+ years of Paralegal experience
• 3+ years of personal injury, plaintiff experience
• Knowledge of TRCP and FRCP rules which apply to trial preparation
• Experience ordering medical records, responding to clients, scheduling deposition, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Managing litigation dockets by taking ownership of your files
• Managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials
• Investigating and fact-finding for cases
• Assisting in preparing legal documents such as legal arguments, motions, contracts and agreements
