Personal Injury Paralegal - PrideStaff

We represent a firm that is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal  for a temporary (2.5 month), fully onsite opportunity in Freehold, NJ . 

Hours: M-F 9AM-6PM
Pay Rate: $30-32/hr 

Job Description: 

• Prepare filings within the state appointed administrator, this includes motions, briefs, and arbitration statements and discovery demands.
• Obtain medical records from providers.
• Monitor deadlines and be proficient in maintaining the law office calendar.
• Prepare disbursements.

Requirements: 

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
• Case Management Software experience a must.
• PI Protection and Litigation (Personal Injury): 5 years (Required)
• Computer literacy with proficiency in M.S. Office and Dropbox

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $32.00
