About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for our client in Burbank! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing personal injury cases, supporting attorneys, and ensuring efficient case progression from intake to resolution.
Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft complaints, motions, and other case-related pleadings.
- Respond to discovery requests and propound discovery effectively.
- Draft and respond to subpoenas, including objections when necessary.
- Assist with managing expert discovery, including coordinating with expert witnesses and preparing related documents.
- Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, including organizing exhibits and preparing summaries.
- Assist in assembling trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during trial as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on propounding and responding to discovery.
- At least 1 year of experience with expert discovery and trial preparation.
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (Plaintiff or Defense).
- Strong understanding of statutory deadlines and court procedures.
- Highly proficient in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex case files.
- Collaborative team leader and player with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with legal case management software and tools.
- Knowledge of personal injury laws and medical terminology.
