We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and bilingual Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of personal injury law, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced lawyers, providing indispensable support in a variety of personal injury cases. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and gathering relevant information for case preparation.
2. Managing a diverse case load, ensuring all cases are processed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
3. Providing exceptional litigation support.
4. Evaluating legal cases, identifying key issues, and providing insightful recommendations.
5. Assisting in the preparation for trials, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
6. Liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
7. Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
1. Please have 5+ years of relevant personal injury litigation experience
2. Bilingual in Spanish and English
