Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters.
- Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on diverse legal issues.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Work with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective case strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting clients.
Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to learn how to handle cases using management tools set forth by management.
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
