Position Overview:The firm seeks a skilled Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in personal injury law. The candidate will be ready to manage cases up to the trial stage, with second-chair trial experience preferred. Responsibilities include conducting depositions, managing mediations, and preparing cases alongside partners who oversee trials. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site per week in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases independently up to trial
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to prepare cases for trial

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of personal injury experience
• Strong case management skills up to trial stage
• Second-chair trial experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $180,000 - $225,000, with a discretionary bonus
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor match; commuter stipend; 25 days of PTO, paid holidays, and firm closures in alignment with court schedules.
