Personal Injury Attorney (Remote)

Career Consulting Partners is collaborating with a successful injury law firm that offers legal representation to clients on a national level across the United States. We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence. 

This position provides an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a collaborative environment, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. You will benefit from the flexibility of a remote schedule and receive support from experienced case managers and paralegals to help with your caseload.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Someone who can "plug and play" and begin managing a caseload of 30 - 50 cases
• Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Interview and depose clients, witnesses, and experts to build a strong case.
• Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure timely case progress.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in personal injury law is a must
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must. 
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Admission to the State Bar of NV and in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000
