Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation) - Randstad USA

A well respected, growing plaintiff's personal injury firm based in Providence, RI is adding a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to their team!

The role entails handling cases from intake through claims, liability and settlement (ie all the way up until litigation, should the case go to litigation).

Position requires candidates to be (A) licensed in Rhode Island; OR (B) licensed in Massachusetts AND have taken the UBE in past 2 years and have a score of 270+.

Role is 99% remote outside of occasional in-person client meetings, so candidates must be able to commute into the Providence office up to 2x/month.

First year compensation is $85,000. Earning potential of $150,000-200,000 after 12-18 months.
