Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury claims, including car accidents, workplace injuries, and medical malpractice.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and build case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court.
- Provide clear legal advice and maintain client relationships throughout the case.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to WI
- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and litigation skills.
