Our client is seeking a plaintiff personal injury attorney. Experience taking and defending depositions, in addition to handling a case from inception through settlement is required. Admittance to the New York bar is required. Cases include motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and product liability. Trial experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
