Personal Injury Attorney - Integrated Talent Strategies

A respected personal injury firm seeks a dedicated and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 3-4 years of plaintiff personal injury experience to expand their skills in a collaborative environment. Working alongside seasoned Personal Injury attorneys, the candidate will gain hands-on experience managing cases from inception to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through all stages of their cases, from inception to trial, alongside other attorneys.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel through effective communication and professional conduct.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with independence, balancing priorities effectively.
• Conduct legal research, prepare essential documents for court appearances, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in New York.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Filevine is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in case management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
• Effective time-management and task prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
