Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are actively seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a wide variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, burn injury, and slip and fall incidents. As a Personal Injury Attorney, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Handling a high volume of personal injury cases from inception through to resolution.
2. Conducting client meetings and recommending strategies.
3. Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their work.
4. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court.
5. Performing legal research and analysis, both manually and by using software.
6. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
7. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
8. Representing the interests of clients in court and before government agencies.
9. Communicating with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
10. Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and experts.
11. Investigating and gathering evidence to support claims and defenses.
Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. Proven track record of successful personal injury cases.
4. Experience with car accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, burn injury, and slip and fall incidents.
5. Strong litigation skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
11. Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law.
12. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
13. Ability to handle high levels of stress and a heavy workload.
