Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated and strong Personal Injury Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. While trial experience is not mandatory, a strong background in litigation, including depositions and discovery, is highly desirable.

This role is primarily office-based with occasional remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
- Handle pre-litigation tasks including negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and participate in mediation.
- Represent clients in court and handle trials as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction.
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasionally travel throughout the state for client meetings or court appearances.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 1-4 years of experience handling personal injury or comparable litigation cases.
- Experience in pre-litigation settlements and litigation preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage a high volume of cases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
