Job Description:
They are seeking an exceptional Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with a passion for personal injury law, strong negotiation and courtroom skills, and a dedication to obtaining justice for our clients. In this role, you will manage a caseload from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and build compelling cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as needed.
- Attend depositions, mediations, and court proceedings, presenting cases effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
- Work with a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and other staff to maximize case outcomes.
- Negotiate settlements and, where necessary, litigate aggressively to obtain favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in PA and in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, proven trial experience is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of relevant personal injury statutes, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused mindset and commitment to ethical representation.

- Proven record of successful settlements and verdicts.
- Strong connections to the local legal community and professional network.
- Experience in managing catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
