Job Details
Qualifications
- Experience managing your own caseload from beginning to the end of a claim.
- Ability to draft demands, communicate and negotiate with insurance companies, draft lawsuits, take depositions, draft and respond to discovery, and prepare cases for trial.
- Prior plaintiff’s personal injury and/or trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Defense attorneys will be considered.
