Job Details
As a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney, you will be expected to:
1. Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
2. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
4. Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.
5. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
6. Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and decisions.
7. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
8. Stay updated with the latest developments in personal injury law and apply this knowledge to benefit our clients and firm.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
10. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and grow the firm.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Personal Injury Attorney, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
4. Proven experience in handling a diverse caseload and managing all aspects of the litigation process.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to resolve disputes favorably.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters to clients.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. A client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
9. The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
