We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position, ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury cases, from inception through resolution. This includes pre-litigation, legal research, legal writing, deposition, and civil litigation. The role requires an individual who is well-versed in personal injury law, capable of preparing comprehensive legal documents, and passionate about advocating for clients who have suffered personal injuries.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring each case receives the necessary attention and is resolved effectively and efficiently.
2. Conduct pre-litigation procedures, including gathering evidence, interviewing clients and witnesses, and negotiating with insurance companies or opposing counsel.
3. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law.
4. Draft and review various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards and procedures.
5. Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and advocating for their rights and interests.
6. Handle depositions, examining and cross-examining witnesses to gather vital information for the case.
7. Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team, sharing knowledge and insights, and contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven track record in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation, civil litigation, and depositions.
5. Excellent legal writing and research skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to manage a large caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and solve complex legal problems.
