As a Personal Injury Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting thorough and detailed medical case reviews.
2. Handling a variety of personal injury cases, from inception through resolution.
3. Conducting and attending Independent Medical Examinations (IME's), Examinations Under Oath (EUO's), and recorded statements.
4. Representing the company in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
5. Drafting legal documents and advising on personal injury matters.
6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the company's legal interests are protected.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in personal injury law and technology industry regulations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A current license to practice law in the state of Ohio.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically with medical case reviews.
4. Experience conducting and attending IME's, EUO's, and recorded statements.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
10. A team player attitude with the ability to work independently when necessary.
