Job Details
As a Litigation Attorney / Trial Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong civil litigation experience in handling personal injury and wrongful death cases for plaintiffs in South Carolina, with a preference for trial experience.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing is a must.
- Thorough understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence, as well as relevant case law.
- Extensive experience required in taking depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing and presenting motions, and managing day-to-day case development.
- Must be willing to work onsite in downtown Charleston 5 days per week
- We are a Plantiff's PI firm, so you must be ok with that and preferably experienced on that side
