3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury attorney with a focus on medical malpractice.
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in medical malpractice cases.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address legal issues in personal injury cases.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to manage a large case load and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
11. Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
