We're looking for a talented Plaintiff Attorney in Oakland, CA with 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. You'll be responsible for handling complex personal injury cases, representing clients, and advocating for their rights.

What You Will Be Doing

• You’ll be an advocate for people and families in the most difficult times of their lives
• Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct depositions
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Personal injury experience, particularly asbestos, experience is a plus
• Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
• Admitted to practice law in California
