- A competitive base salary between $80k and $170k (depending on experience)
- Bonus: based on number of cases resolved and total value
- Commission: 50% of collected fee for cases they bring in and that they are the primary responsible attorney for

- Work in a hybrid setting!
- No minimum billable required, we have cases ready for you to assist on!
Job Details
As an Associate on our team, we are looking for someone that has:
- JD Degree from accredited law school
- Admitted to CA Bar and in good standing
- 0-10 years of experience practicing law
- Prior experience in Personal Injury a huge plus but not necessary
