Personal Injury Associate Attorney - Ascendion

We are an Award Winning Law Firm, specializing in Personal Injury. We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing firm. Ideally, seeking someone with 3+ years of Personal Injury experience, including extensive litigation experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Personal Injury experience
• Licensed in New York and in good standing
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Preferable: 2nd or 1st chair experience

Responsibilities:

• Managing personal injury cases through litigation
• Gathering data and interacting with clients
• Working legislation, policy, and procedure
• Updating and maintaining cases
• Maintaining client’s file
