We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Personal Computer Support Technician for a Full-Time position. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve electronic or phone inquiries from the public about the permit application process.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues faced by applicants or processors using the user platform.
• Provide technical support to all users, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Act as a frontline interface with the public, helping to facilitate the user application process by sharing and gathering information.
• Analyze reported issues to identify potential trends and suggest enterprise-level solutions.
• Utilize existing documentation to respond to inquiries and provide assistance.
• Identify topics or areas where additional documents could enhance the departments' responsiveness and improve the customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts as required.
• Facilitate and track the resolution of escalated tickets, ensuring timely responses.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of work while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to responsiveness and professionalism standards
• Respond to public inquiries in a professional, calm, and pleasant manner, both in written and verbal communication.
