About the Job
- Manage comprehensive administrative support including answering business calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the Principal's calendar while handling confidential information with utmost discretion
- Oversee the Principal's healthcare needs by monitoring medications, coordinating with pharmacies, tracking prescription schedules, and communicating with medical offices
- Execute household management duties including supply monitoring, coordination with housekeeping staff, closet organization, and meal planning with light food preparation
- Coordinate all aspects of pet care including veterinary visits, grooming appointments, supply management, and arranging care during the Principal's travel periods
- Handle vehicle maintenance by scheduling regular service appointments, maintaining service records, and coordinating any necessary repairs
- Perform personal shopping duties and time-sensitive errands, including managing returns and exchanges for both household and personal items
