Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries and logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Schedule meetings with partners.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs or summaries for the CEO's review.
- Run local errands.
- Occasionally drive and babysit two children (between the ages of 6 and 10) and dog.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with some occasional weekends
- Work US hours
- 40–60 hours per week
Education and Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Must be comfortable with a dog.
