Personal Assistant to CEO - Graphic Makers and Printers

Position: Personal Assistant
Location: On-site (Bergenfield, NJ) with potential for hybrid work in the future.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (flexibility required)
Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO of the company. This role requires multitasking, excellent time management, and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for managing both personal and professional tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management:
• Track personal and household budgets.
• Work towards improving credit score.
• Research and secure better rates for utilities, services, and purchases.
• Monitor and ensure timely payment of utilities, rent, or mortgage.
• Calendar and Organization:
• Maintain an organized household calendar to manage appointments, schedules, and events.
• Prepare the office to be work-ready each day.
• Manage small personal and household projects or tasks.
• Shopping and Subscriptions:
• Grocery shopping and maintaining pantry essentials.
• Review and cancel unused subscriptions or memberships.
• Vehicle Management:
• Manage a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and car washes.
• Technology Support:
• Manage phones, tablets, and computers, ensuring they are updated and functioning correctly.

Requirements

• Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing and troubleshooting phones, tablets, and computers.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong Communication Skills: Professional and clear verbal and written communication.
• Discretion and Reliability: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in managing personal or household budgets.
• Familiarity with financial tools and credit management strategies.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
