We are looking for another team member to join our fast-paced and creative team.
The duties of the Personal Assistant/Office Assistant can vary on a day-to-day basis.
Typical duties and responsibilities include:

- Preparing communications on behalf of managers
- Following up on phone calls and emails
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the managers may require
- Various ad hoc requests
- Completing inventory and picking up materials
- Creating and Tracking of Financial spreadsheets
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Computer literacy (Adobe, Office Suite); must be intermediate skill level with Excel (ability to perform calculations/formulas)
- Strong verbal and written fluency
- Professional discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Self-starter
- Previous work experience as a Personal Assistant for a minimum of 2 years
- Knowledge of construction industry is an asset
- Post secondary degree an asset
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
