Job Title: Temporary-to-Permanent Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Meatpacking District, Manhattan
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings.
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
