About the Job

Our client, located in SoHo/Downtown Manhattan, is looking to hire a Temp Personal Assistant. This position will be onsite, Monday - Friday. Hours will be 9am- 6pm/7pm (depending on needs) so requires flexibility. Ideal candidate will have a 24/7 mindset but this is not a 24/7 position. Position requires travel between 3 properties in lower Manhattan depending on the day. Role starts early July 2024 through September 2024.

Responsibilities:

Calendar, travel, health appointments, errands, picking up descriptions, dry cleaning, house management - client has 5 properties - 3 in NY, 1 in Hamptons, 1 in Mexico - has house managers in Hamptons and Mexico - houses here will be managed by the Personal Assistants, coordinating with the driver, etc.

Qualifications:

1+ years admin experience, Family office or high net worth personal assistant experience a plus
Must have Google Suite experience
Strong communication skills, professional and proactive

Pay:

$28-$30/hour pay rate
