Personal Assistant needed for a high net worth individual out of their home on the upper east side. Manage everything as it relates to keeping life of employer running fluidly. Deal with charities, organize calendars, meetings, domestic and global travel and special events. Order flowers and gifts, deal with IT and staff issues. Handle filing, archiving, emails and bill paying. Coordinate home renovations, manage household schedules. Create spreadsheets and presentations. Devise letters to CEO's, Dignitaries and the like.

Must possess prior experience supporting an extremely prominent and recognized executive and have a true love of the role. Exceptional MS Office and writing skills required. Must be a clear and be a strong communicator.

Base salary up to 175K. Bachelors' degree required.
