Personal Assistant - Psychiatry Wellness Center

• Flexible with availability. Can work up to 15 hours per week (depending on the need). 
• Calendar Management. (scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel as needed)
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle patient inquiries and schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as directed.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Personal tasks include but are not limited to household organization, meal prep, running errands, organizing bills.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school degree.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a medical setting or as an administrative assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic medical records systems.
