Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant - Top Law Firm! from HumanHire

HumanHire has partnered with a prestigious, top Legal 500 Law firm with over 75 attorneys nationwide to help find a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant to support their Partner in Washington, DC.

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of legal or legal administrative experience.

What we offer:

• Position: Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant
• Location: Washington, DC
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM (Hybrid schedule of 3 days off/2 onsite + additional flexibility for more WFH days!)
• Pay: Up to $65,000/yr (OT & Bonus eligible)

Responsibilities:

• Handle written & verbal correspondences (phone, email, letters)
• Manage Partner calendar by scheduling meetings, conferences, & events and coordinating travel arrangements (flights, transportation, hotels) 
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Address client inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services, offering beverages or refreshments as needed
• Assist with document handling, scanning, and filing
• Run personal errands as requested (dry cleaning, groceries, etc.)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Legal or Legal Administrative/Personal Assistance experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver's license required
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
