Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation, and will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings while ensuring their rights are protected and upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Litigate trials and conduct arbitrations as needed
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options
- Prepare for trial and develop case strategies
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- 1+ years of experience in personal injury law and litigation
- Ability to travel throughout California
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court rules
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Experience in conducting arbitrations and trials is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and protection of their rights
