Permitting Specialist - Spherion

We are seeking a Permitting Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
Prepare Documentation for Permitting
Plan and schedule appointments and events
File Permits Online and In Person
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Must have permitting experience
High School Diploma/GED
